Rub-a-dub-dub - it’s a chef in a tub!

The heat was on as Jean-Christophe Novelli, top-notch Gallic chef and star of the recent ITV series Hell’s Kitchen, worked up a sweat away from the kitchen in the Michelob ULTRA London Triathlon, following intensive training in his very own HotSpring Olympic Exercise Pool.

Taking a well-earned rest after crossing the finishing line, Jean-Christophe commented: “My Olympic exercise pool certainly helped me to improve my overall stamina and fitness levels. Swimming against the high-power jets let me find a rhythm that wouldn’t be possible where laps are necessary. An added bonus was being able to train in my back garden!”

His only regret is that he didn’t get it earlier in the year: “As soon as I get home I am going to devise a training programme for next year which will certainly include my exercise pool!”
